The product you are trying to assign is not available for the selected individual. Please select a different product.
|This error occurs when the learner's purchase history prevents the system from provisioning the product. For example, you are assigning a secondary product (e.g., a PEN-200 lab extension or an OSCP certification exam) to a learner who never took the individual main course. The only products you can assign in this case will be the course and certification exam bundle or a subscription.||Assign a different product to the learner. |Insufficient funds. You do not have enough funds||You do not have enough Flex funds available or do not have enough license available.||To increase your Flex funds or add additional new licenses reach out to our training consultants.|
You have already sent an invite to this email for the selected product.
|You already sent an invitation for the same product to the same email address, and that invitation hasn't been accepted yet.||Have the learner accept the initial invitation. You can send another invite again if needed in the future.|
|We're still working on this! You are able to assign new courses to learners who haven’t previously taken a course at OffSec. Existing learners are still being migrated so adding products for them needs to be manually added to their old profile. Please contact email@example.com so we can help you with this.||You are trying to invite an existing learner whose account is still active in our old platform.||Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist on migrating the learner's account.|
