To help you navigate our website and Help Center, we've included a few pages we believe might come in handy for our Offensive Security students.
First off, some important pages to take note of on our Official Website:
- Our Status Page - If you're experiencing issues, this is a good first place to check if we're having any outages within our systems.
- Our Legal page: Check out the OffSec Terms and Conditions, the Academic Policy and Privacy Policy.
- The OffSec Blog - Read the latest updates and news about Offensive Security.
and a few more:
- Our Bug Bounty Program page - If you found a bug and believe it qualifies for our bug bounty program, this would be the page to check out.
- Our Core Values - Our code of conduct for engaging with each other and the world around us.
- Our Career Opportunities - Join the OffSec family, from anywhere?
You can also Join Our Email List in order to stay updated.
Who to contact when:
We have quite a few different departments within OffSec and hopefully, this will help you get your email to the correct department:
- Orders Department (orders@offensive-security.com): For any inquiries regarding payment, registration for future courses, changing course start dates, exam scheduling or student record updates.
- Help Department (help@offensive-security.com): For any technical issues you might have with the lab/exam machines or VPN connection.
- Challenges Department (challenges@offensive-security.com): For any inquiries related to your current, past or future exam attempt
- Proctoring Department (proctoring@offensive-security.com): For all inquiries regarding the proctoring of your exam, including questions about your identification or testing the proctoring software.
- Live Chat - For live technical assistance with your lab or exam connectivity.
If you're not sure which department to contact, you can always submit a request and one of our Team members will help you by redirecting your request to the appropriate department.
