Can I purchase the PWK365 course?
The PWK365 course package has been retired in September 2021. If you are interested in a year long training we recommend exploring our yearly subscription packages.
If you have already purchased the PWK365 course the retirement of the PWK365 package has no impact on your purchase.
Users who already started their PWK365 course can continue their studies unhindered. Customers who purchased the PWK365 in advance and haven't activated their product yet, can still activate their course within 12 months of payment.
Can I pause my PWK365 lab?
Once started, pausing the PWK365 lab is not possible. Our lab access operates the same way Internet and phone services do, such that your purchase is based on a time period and not on usage. Lab access service begins on your assigned start time and will be available to you through your account for a consecutive block of time.
When can I attempt the OSCP exam?
You will be able to select an exam seat once your course begins. You can only schedule one exam attempt at a time. Should you fail to achieve the certification on your first exam, you will then be able to schedule your second certification attempt. When planning your exams, please make sure to account for the cooling off period between exams.
Do PWK365 exam attempts expire?
The two exam attempts included in the PWK365 Package Deal are valid for 365 days from the lab start date. Should you allow your exam attempts to expire you have the option to purchase an exam retake; you will be able to schedule your exam within 120 days from the purchase date.
Will the exam cool off period apply for the two PWK365 exam attempts?
Yes, OSCP exam attempts purchased via the PWK365 package follow the usual cooling off period. Please note, both exam attempts included on the the PWK365 package need to be taken within 365 days from the lab start date.
I passed the OSCP certification exam on my first attempt, can I receive a refund or exchange my second exam attempt?
None of the items purchased as part of the PWK365 Package can be refunded or exchanged. If a student passes the OSCP certification exam on their first try, the second exam attempt included in the PWK365 course package will be voided.
I passed the OSCP certification exam, what happens with my remaining lab time purchased as part of PWK365?
Your lab access is in no way impacted by the state of the certification exam. Even after passing the OSCP certification exam, you will continue to have access to the remainder PWK lab.
